Responsibilities
- Ensure that the team fosters a cohesive and collaborative environment where diversity and innovation is encouraged Interface with all levels of corporate and government management personnel for all pertinent security issues Coordinate with senior business unit leadership to resolve issues that could have an impact on the security, and compliance of employees, programs, facilities and operations Will apply expert multi-discipline program security management
Requirements
- experience in Industrial Security across the entire security spectrum (DOD, IC and NISPOM - Collateral, SCI and SAP), Physical Security, Cyber Information Assurance, COMSEC and Emergency/Crisis Management planning and execution Must have at least 6+ years of demonstrated management and/or leadership
- experience in National Security classified programs and managing resources and budgets for small security teams Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance in order to be considered Completion of FSO Possessing Certification and Insider Threat Program Senior Official Training
- Experience with the development and implementation of security related training to include Initial Security Briefings, Insider Threat, CI awareness and OPSEC, just to name a few Demonstrated
- experience in the construction of secure spaces such as Closed Areas, SCIFs and/or SAPF Other
- experience working with US Government security leadership in DOD and IC security programs
- Experience and direct participation with Government/Industry Security Organizations (NCMS ISWG, NDIA, AIA, etc.) Possess a breadth of demonstrated business and management skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of the role of Security within the Merger and Acquisition process Physical Demands Ability to work in an office environment (Constant) Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent) Special Requirements U.S.
