Responsibilities

Maintain the upkeep of the clinic, inclusive of stock take, filing, cleanliness of clinic to have high presentation standards.
As a Team Leader for EdenSleep, you focus on motivating your team to help people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health.

Experience and knowledge of coaching team members, supporting and managing performance Keep up to date on industry product knowledge and training.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following: Previous success in managing the performance, training and development of a team
Experience in a retail, sales, customer service or healthcare role Ability to recruit and motivate a team.
You have an open mindset to change and a strong ability to lead others effectively through change Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn different computer systems Any previous
