Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for key areas of CLEAR’s platform, always working backwards from the customer and driving measurable business impact
- Build and manage complex products end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and long-term optimization
- Drive clarity and execution in highly ambiguous problem spaces, balancing short-term needs with long-term platform scalability and reliability
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality, innovative product experiences in fast-paced environments

- The total compensation range for this role is $200,000-$275,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
- This range represents the combined base salary and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR.
- Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program.
- Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.

- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Business teams to deliver against quarterly and annual roadmap priorities
- Leverage qualitative insights, experimentation, and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, improve member experiences, and optimize product performance
- Represent CLEAR with external partners and stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and influence roadmap decisions
