- You'll partner directly with engineering and product leaders to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build high-performing teams capable of solving some of the most complex challenges in infrastructure, distributed systems, AI, and blockchain technology.

- Experience recruiting for highly technical domains such as infrastructure, distributed systems, backend engineering, machine learning, AI, security, developer tools, or platform engineering. - Ability to develop credibility and influence with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. - Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously. - Strong analytical mindset with
