Responsibilities
- Support incident response activities and documentation.
- Support insider risk investigations and behavioral analytics.
- Vulnerability Management Support vulnerability identification using deployed vulnerability scanning tools Research and assist with prioritization of recommendations for remediation of findings Support vulnerability management workflow through ensuring that vulnerability items are assigned to the correct remediation teams and validating that items are properly closed once remediation is verified as being completed.
Requirements
- experience across multiple cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance domains.
- What do you need for this role? Sophomore level or above pursuing a bachelor's Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineer, Cybersecurity, Data Science and/or Machine Learning. 2.75 GPA or higher 1-2 years of
- experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is preferred. Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
- Ability to work full time and be a student in standing at the time of the co-op/internship Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening, background check, physical, functional capacity examination.
- Basic computer skills are required
- Experience working in a team environment is a must Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable Effective verbal communication skills is a plus Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
