Responsibilities

- Expand the key account portfolio through trust-building and consistent value delivery.
- Identify high-impact opportunities across products, applications, and geographies, and ensure strong execution through cross-functional alignment with sourcing, logistics, and finance teams.
- Digital Enablement & Innovation: Lead the adoption of digital tools and data-driven solutions to optimize sales operations, enhance customer interactions, and increase team efficiency.
- Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of driving global business growth for CASE Chemicals (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers).
Requirements
- experience in CASE or specialty chemicals Strong understanding of coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers markets Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team Highly driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performance sales teams.
