Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 4-year degree in technical field or equivalent experience 5+ years of
- experience preferred with mechanical aptitude Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principals Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor) Some travel during on-boarding would be valuable, primary location Cottage Grove, MN POSITION NICE-TO-HAVE
