Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve fast – Debug API requests, troubleshoot production issues, and provide clear, actionable solutions for customers.
- Own technical enablement – Help self-serve developers and enterprise teams understand best practices for integrating and scaling with our platform.

- With Tavus, individuals, enterprises, and developers can all build AI Humans to connect, understand, and act with empathy at scale.
- You’ll work with both self-serve developers and enterprise customers to help them seamlessly integrate and scale with our AI-powered APIs.
- You should have a strong engineering background, a customer-first mindset, and an ability to balance speed with precision.

- Experience working with AI/ML models or video processing APIs.
