Responsibilities
- Support securities and corporate governance activities, including subsidiary management, equity transactions and reporting, and coordination with CLEAR’s transfer agent
- Support employment compliance efforts, including audits, tracking legal developments, and related documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale Legal team processes, systems, and workflows, and help implement those improvements
Requirements
- experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment with broad exposure to different areas of law
- Clear, concise communication and the ability to work effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with legal systems and tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management, eBilling, document management) is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other standard business tools

- The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position.
- Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills,
- experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.

- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor, customer, partnership, and data-related contracts) and help track obligations through the contract lifecycle
- Partner cross-functionally with various internal teams to support business initiatives
- Help coordinate litigation and dispute matters, including document collection, organization, subpoenas, and outside counsel engagement
- Assist with compliance program administration, including policy management, trainings, and internal reporting processes
- Delivering consistently accurate, detail-oriented work across a wide range of legal and operational tasks
- Effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
