Responsibilities
- Description Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems within flight simulation systems.
- Review updates and bug fixes at subsystem level in collaboration with test engineers/test pilots.
- Support integration of data, updates, software, hardware, and component exchanges.
- Perform instrument calibration.
- Execute system power‑up and shutdown procedures, including functional testing.
- Conduct detailed fault analysis and carry out corrective repairs of components or systems.
- Record and track maintenance activities using the maintenance management system.
- Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight tasks on simulators.
- Conduct basic visual alignments.
- Support refurbishment activities and hardware modifications.
Requirements

- The role involves hands‑on work with some of the world’s most advanced aviation simulators, supporting their operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced helicopter pilot training environment.
- Due to the unrivalled range of simulators at our training centres across the globe, your role will be varied, giving you the opportunity to work on a range of modern simulators, systems, and equipment to enhance your technical knowledge.
- Our training centre operations run 24/7, so this role requires willingness to work day and night shift patterns, including weekends.
- Qualifications A Technical qualification and/or professional
- experience in an electronic, avionic, or technical field (e.g., technician or equivalent role).
- Computer literacy (PC and/or mainframe architecture).
- Good knowledge of Italian and a basic knowledge of English.
- Ability and willingness to work day/night shifts and occasional weekends.
