Requirements
We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership.
Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Experience developing trusting relationships and effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers •
Experience delivering career coaching in an entirely remote format
Strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
High level of technical proficiency and comfortable adapting to new tools and technologies with ease
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
Experience
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in career development or coaching, professional counseling, or related program management focused on job seekers
Benefits
Your contract begins one week prior to the program start date and concludes on the program end date.

The Career Success Coach (CSC) will play a key role in ensuring the success of learners in Correlation One’s world-class data training and jobs programs.
The CSC will work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants and Correlation One program operations staff to provide professional development coaching support to a cohort of learners.
Passionate about workforce development in the data center tech and ops learning ecosystem, motivated by helping learners build the skills needed for high-impact data center ops roles within Japan’s growing tech and innovation sectors.
An empathetic, culturally aware communicator who understands the unique needs of learners entering technical fields.
They can confidently guide participants on how to build foundational data center technician / ops skills, navigate Japan’s evolving job market, and progress toward meaningful career outcomes.
A collaborative team player who enjoys developing and refining program strategies—such as learner engagement tactics, career readiness resources, and employer-aligned preparation—to ensure participant success across diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
Highly organized with strong program and project management skills, able to coordinate across stakeholders (learners, instructors, employers, internal teams) while keeping long-term program goals—such as job placement, learner skill mastery, and stakeholder satisfaction—front and center.
