Staff UX Researcher

Responsibilities

- Lead complex research initiatives end-to-end: scoping the approach, recruiting participants, facilitating sessions, and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations that teams can act on.
- Support lighter-weight research projects through a consultation model, advising designers and PMs on their approach and reviewing outputs to ensure quality and rigour.

We’re training and deploying frontier models for developers and enterprises who are building AI systems to power magical experiences like content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents.
We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI.
You'll work on a product that is defining how enterprises put AI to work, and your contributions will directly influence whether users can adopt and get value from it.
experience conducting research across a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, with a track record of translating findings into product decisions that moved outcomes.
experience establishing research infrastructure from scratch, whether that's repositories, templates, research ops, or engagement models.
experience working with enterprise customers and are comfortable engaging directly with end users, whether that's running in-person research sessions, customer interviews, or on-site engagements. - Technical Literacy: You are familiar with complex concepts in AI and enterprise software and can use that knowledge to design effective research in technically dense product spaces.
