- - Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment across ingestion, platform, analytics, and AI teams.
- Experience building products in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or real-time platforms. - Strong understanding of streaming systems and event-driven architectures. -
- Experience working with Flink or similar systems is a strong plus. - Ability to engage deeply with engineers and reason about architecture and design choices. - Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles. - Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-first mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. - Master’s degree is a plus.
