Senior Director, Enterprise Technical Training

Responsibilities

  • Establish and chair enterprise technical training governance, driving consistent standards, quality, and instructional excellence across nuclear and non-nuclear programs.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including NRC regulations, National Academy of Nuclear Training standards, operating licenses, and Quality Assurance plans.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that link training effectiveness to workforce readiness, operational performance, and safety outcomes.
  • Own enterprise technical training budgets, resource allocation, and staffing strategies across programs and large-scale initiatives.

Requirements

  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of nuclear or technical operations experience, with significant leadership
  • experience in training or workforce development. Demonstrated
  • experience leading large, complex training organizations and enterprise initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training and applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., NRC, NANT, 10 CFR 50/55). Proven
  • experience in strategic planning, financial management, and performance analytics. Preferred
  • experience in the utility space, industrial, or highly technical industry.
  • Experience leading accreditation processes and regulatory evaluations (INPO, NRC).
  • experience leading teams across dispersed geographies.
