Responsibilities
- Establish and chair enterprise technical training governance, driving consistent standards, quality, and instructional excellence across nuclear and non-nuclear programs.
- Ensure all training programs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including NRC regulations, National Academy of Nuclear Training standards, operating licenses, and Quality Assurance plans.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that link training effectiveness to workforce readiness, operational performance, and safety outcomes.
- Own enterprise technical training budgets, resource allocation, and staffing strategies across programs and large-scale initiatives.
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of nuclear or technical operations experience, with significant leadership
- experience in training or workforce development. Demonstrated
- experience leading large, complex training organizations and enterprise initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training and applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., NRC, NANT, 10 CFR 50/55). Proven
- experience in strategic planning, financial management, and performance analytics. Preferred
- experience in the utility space, industrial, or highly technical industry.
- Experience leading accreditation processes and regulatory evaluations (INPO, NRC).
- experience leading teams across dispersed geographies.

- Partner with senior business leaders to align training strategies with operational needs, capital projects, and performance improvement initiatives.
