Requirements
- Responsibilities The candidates must perform the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, retrofitting or setups for all types of machines, tools and equipment.
- Furthermore, they are required to calibrate and adjust machines, adequately choose materials, control work methods and techniques as well as correct work parameters further to detection of problems.
- Qualifications Diploma of Vocational Studies in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent Knowledge of advanced techniques of the trade (laser alignment, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, mechanical assembly plans, etc).
- Knowledge of the various types of equipment to maintain: machining equipment, industrial pumps, gearboxes, electric motors and other industrial rotating equipment.
- Qualifications Knowledge of machining and operation of CNC equipment is an asset.
