Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives across talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, and DE&I.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services to deliver seamless HR solutions throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Coach and advise managers and employees on performance, development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights that support data-driven business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
- What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of
- experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar strategic HR role. Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and
- experience managing employee relations matters.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- experience using HR metrics and data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
