Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with biotechnology and biopharma companies; positioning Culture’s products and services to solve key technical challenges in bioprocess development.
  • Build and deepen relationships across customer organizations; understanding client needs, buying patterns, and org structures to drive bookings and revenue.
  • Assess client project needs and recommend Culture solutions that align with their milestones and scientific objectives.
  • Construct and present compelling proposals and structured deals that clearly communicate the value of partnering with Culture.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Execute Go-to-Market strategy and contribute to marketing plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a culture of collaboration, reliability, and innovation. About You:

Requirements

  • Experience selling services for a CDMO is highly preferred. Ideally, you have
  • experience selling upstream bioprocessing services, equipment and technology
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven business cases and pitches.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a related scientific or engineering field. In lieu of this degree, you have
  • experience in biotechnology and bioprocessing that will enable you to get up to speed on bioprocessing technology and science.

  • This position will require regular travel to clients in the Western US, travel to conferences, and occasional travel to our headquarters in South San Francisco. Base Salary Range :
  • Culture Biosciences's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits.
  • Our expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 with commission upside.
