- You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders.

- You'll also work across R&D to ensure Performance Testing is tightly woven into the broader Grafana Cloud suite — connecting with platforms like the Knowledge Graph and our core Cloud products, like Application Observability and Kubernetes Monitoring – so customers can seamlessly navigate between pre-production validation and production monitoring.
- Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
- Use your deep product expertise to make decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering What makes you a great fit:
- A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- experience in a B2B SaaS product •
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts •
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams •
