- Run regular call reviews, pipeline coaching, and 1:1s that meaningfully improve rep performance.

- To get there, we need a senior leader who has scaled global outbound BDR organisations before - someone who combines world-class coaching sensibility with operational rigour on activity metrics, and who brings a forward-thinking perspective on how AI tooling can fundamentally transform BDR productivity.
- You'll inherit existing teams across two geographies and be expected to raise the bar on coaching quality, activity discipline, and pipeline output while simultaneously deploying modern AI-driven workflows.
- Be hands-on as first-line manager of the US team running standups, tracking KPIs until the org scales to require a dedicated first-line leader. - Bringing an AI-first mindset to the BDR function.
- Evaluate, deploy, and iterate on AI tools and automation that make the team meaningfully more productive from prospecting and personalisation to sequencing and analytics. - Leading the team to exceed SQO targets, creating reporting infrastructure and providing feedback to ensure team success aligns with growth objectives.
