Requirements
- This candidate should demonstrate substantive expertise in non-consumer federal financial regulation or a proven capacity to develop such expertise, have the ability to work in teams or independently, have excellent communication skills, and will report to the Director, Assistant General Counsel responsible for corporate regulatory matters.
- You’ll need strong analytical and organizational skills, great judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment involving complex legal issues.
- Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of at least one state bar At least 4 years of
- experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency Preferred
- experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Ability to manage a large volume of work, including complex legal issues that may arise suddenly Understanding of financial and regulatory reporting concepts

- Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
