Responsibilities
- Negotiate contract modifications and support commercial discussions with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contract performance and delivery.
- Manage contract performance and proactively identify potential issues or disputes to minimize legal and financial impact.
- Develop and implement procurement and delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Analyze contract data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving contract management practices.
- Support business development by contributing to strategies that enhance competitiveness, growth, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Defence and Security International business unit to support operational and commercial success.

- experience in contract management. Demonstrated
- experience in negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms.
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex contractual or legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting business development or commercial strategy initiatives. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that contribute to business growth and competitiveness.
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance commercial and contractual priorities.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract execution, negotiating modifications, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and mitigating risks associated with contractual obligations.
