Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market strategy development through data analysis, performance insights, and market intelligence (e.g., agency landscape, competitive trends)
- Own and execute core operating rhythms, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, forecasting support, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, tracking key metrics across pipeline, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and product adoption
- Develop analytical frameworks to inform resource allocation, account segmentation, and coverage models across agency and activation channels
- Collaborate with Finance on quota and target setting
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and improving scalability across systems, tools, and processes
- Support rollout of new initiatives, including sales processes, tools, and product enhancements, ensuring adoption and measurable impact
- Deliver clear, structured insights and recommendations to leadership, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

- Please note that this role is expected to be based in the NYC area, with the ability to go into the office regularly. Responsibilities:
- experience in sales strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field •
- Experience supporting sales organizations and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Product) •
- Experience in digital advertising, media, and agency ecosystems is required
- experience working with large, complex datasets and translating insights into action •
- Experience with sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce) and building reporting or dashboards
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
