Requirements

- This role is designed for early career creatives with foundational training in visual communication, design, or media, who are keen to apply their craft in a real-world business context, while learning how design influences talent attraction, storytelling, and brand perception.
- Qualifications (Minimum Required): Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, Media, or related field
- experience (internship, freelance, or other projects) Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Exposure in Any multimedia tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.) Competencies: Exposure to: Video editing, multimedia creation, or podcasts Content design, storytelling, or digital campaigns
