Responsibilities

Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends.
Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination.
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
Manage and coordinate projects, including tasks related to audit, refurbishment, carpentry, management reporting, reconciliations, urban regeneration, and 3D modeling.
Utilize your skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for visual presentations.

Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.
Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max, and Revit; knowledge of 20/20 software is a plus. At least 3 years of
experience in kitchen design and renovation.
Excellent understanding of construction documentation and
experience with both U.S. and international metric systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
