- The Role We Need: PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, Host Growth to lead and scale paid acquisition for Host Growth (the people who own the PadSplits).
- This role is critical to driving efficient, data-driven growth by owning both the strategy and execution of campaigns across multiple paid channels.
- You will be responsible for optimizing performance at scale, allocating budget effectively, and building a structured experimentation roadmap that continuously improves results.
