Program Associate- MedTech & AI

Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews, create knowledge products such as concept notes, reports, and support the team in the dissemination of PATH’s work on different platforms.
  • Undertake other tasks which may be assigned from time to time supporting the activities of the vertical.
  • Support the MedTech innovations portfolio by scouting, filed assessments and evaluation of new technologies in accordance with the country priorities in South Asia and neighbouring regions.

  • About the position The Digital Health, AI and MedTech vertical at PATH is seeking a Program Associate to contribute to programmatic activities under the portfolio for the health technology innovations including AI enabled medical devices, diagnostics, and other digital technologies etc.
  • Experience Post-graduate degree preferably in Public Health/ Bio-medical / Life Sciences/ Health Administration. Demonstrated
  • experience in research and documentation Excellent written and oral communications skills. Fluency in English & Hindi is essential. Desirable Experience Working
  • experience in public health, strategy, industry, incubators, global health, development organization or a combination of these either as intern or entry level employee.
  • Experience with medical device implementation in public health programs / technology transfers / health technology assessment (either/or/all) Previous
  • experience to engage with donors, multi-lateral organizations, governments, non-profit partners is desirable.
  • Skills/ Abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based organizational structure, including partners and other collaborators.
  • Ability to work with people with divergent points of view and to respectfully navigate differences.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
  • Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CANVA Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in India.
