Responsibilities
- Perform Ground School Instructor duties in accordance with the applicable Policy and Procedures Manual.
- Conduct training sessions in a professional, engaging, and learner-focused environment.
- Facilitate aviation technical training in accordance with approved courseware and lesson plans.
- Encourage trainee participation and support effective learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records and administrative documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support examination activities, assessments, and knowledge evaluations.
- Deliver remedial training and coaching where required to support trainee performance and competency development.
- Support curriculum enhancement initiatives and training programme development activities. Additional
Requirements
- Ground Training Delivery Deliver ground training courses through classroom instruction, Simfinity platforms, Computer-Based Training (CBT), Instructor-Pilot Training (IPT), and stand-up lectures, as required.
- experience within an Approved Training Organisation (ATO), aviation training centre, airline training department, aircraft manufacturer, or business aviation environment.
- Experience developing aviation courseware, CBT content, or technical training materials. Knowledge of competency-based training methodologies and modern aviation learning technologies. experience match the

- Course Administration and Training Support Prepare and inspect classroom facilities, training equipment, documentation, and instructional resources prior to the commencement of training.
- Courseware Development and Continuous Improvement Review, maintain, and recommend updates to courseware, presentations, training materials, manuals, and associated documentation.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve course content, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement.
