- Develop and expand local fleet business by prospecting, securing new accounts, and growing share within existing customers.
- Build strong partnerships with fleet customers and servicing dealers to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
- Execute strategic growth plans aligned with Goodyear Commercial PBU, including national and local account expansion.
- Lead dealer enablement initiatives such as training, government bid coordination, and performance reporting.
- Implement inventory and stocking strategies to ensure product availability and resolve operational challenges.
- Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable deals, while delivering post-sale support to maintain long-term customer success.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience, with 5+ years in B2B sales.
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and drive account growth.
