experience managing leave programs and immigration cases — you know the details and don't drop the ball - Genuine AI fluency — you've built or improved a workflow with AI, measured the impact, and want to go further - Strong Canadian & US employment law knowledge - HRIS

You'll be the embedded People partner for our EPDD org — Engineering, Product, Design, and Data — bringing both advisory depth and operational excellence to a fast-moving team that expects a trusted partner who can keep up.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact: Strategic Partnership (~60%) - Serve as the dedicated HRBP for EPDD managers and senior managers — proactively building relationships, not just showing up in a crisis - Coach leaders through performance conversations, complex ER cases, and difficult people decisions with speed and good judgment - Partner on org health: use data to spot patterns, anticipate friction, and help leaders see around corners as we scale - Support performance management
