Support Certified Nurse Midwives as needed, serving as physician backup within a midwife-led model and co-managing cases to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
Develop, implement, and annually review clinical policies, protocols, and patient education materials in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Provide and support clinical education, in-service training, and professional development to promote consistent, high-quality care.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure effective communication, coordinated care, and a positive work environment.
Build and maintain relationships with hospital partners and community organizations to support continuity of care.
Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and patient communications.
Requirements
Board certified or eligible in obstetrics / gynecology
Demonstrated leadership experience required Trained in robotics
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
At least 5 years of experience is preferred
