Responsibilities

- Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on our website, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth & Marketing teams.

You’ll work directly with our engineering, data and design teams to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our audience and build a unique, differentiated web
You're the kind of person who has already stitched together AI tools to solve a problem, whether that's automating a reporting workflow, generating and testing landing page variants, or chaining together Claude, a no-code platform, and a spreadsheet to get something done that "wasn't your job." You don't wait for a perfect tool or a bigger team; you recognize the most valuable opportunity for Ramp and use your scrappiness to get there fast.
- Find and build AI-powered workflows like finding experimentation opportunities, reporting on metrics to the broader growth team, and any other ways to make the Web/growth teams operate more effectively and efficiently.
experience in growth, product management, product marketing or adjacent field - Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy - Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data - High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner - Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the
Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal -
Experience with no-code / low-code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow, Retool)
