Responsibilities
- Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities.
- Perform pre-flight and post flight on designated simulators.
- Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required.
- Perform logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Due to the unrivalled range of simulators at our training centre, your role will be incredibly varied, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide range of simulators, systems, and equipment to enhance your technical knowledge.
- At CAE you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of systems to help you develop your technical knowledge.
- Perform basic visual alignments.
- Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required Our ideal candidate has: College diploma or degree in any of the following: electronics/mechatronics/aeronautics/mechanical Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Ability to interpret system prints and schematics.
- Proficiency in operating test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc.).
- Proficiency in soldering and circuit board repairs.
- Some Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and suite.
