- Job Summary The Change Management Lead is responsible for leading the design and delivery of integrated change management, project communication, and training strategies in support of enterprise transformation initiatives.
- This role is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive program results to increased understanding and end-user adoption to help our people thrive through change.
- The role drives the translation of change impacts into scalable communication, engagement, and learning solutions that build awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption.
- Working closely with program leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, the lead ensures alignment of change, communication, and training efforts to business priorities while monitoring adoption outcomes and enabling successful organizational transitions.
