- Experience Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of
- experience leading complex, transformational change initiatives Change Management Expertise Advance d knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience deploying large-scale, coordinated change and training strategies Proficiency with change management tools and platforms Leadership & Ways of Working Ad vanced e xperience working independently and leading others Ability to operate & le ad effectively in a matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Communication & Stakeholder Management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience using Learning Management Systems Other
- Requirements Ability to travel up to 25% PREFERRED
- QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION: Advanced degree PROSCI Certified Instructional Design Certification s
- Experience using video editing software
- Experience using training development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies, tools, and best practices As a public utility, NiSource is required to provide continuous service to customers at all times.
