Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 3 Years Desired Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
- Experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 2 years of an accredited degree or equal experience.
- Must also be CPB Certified.
- Internal candidates must have achieved 100% productivity and 95 % quality assurance for the prior 3-month period. Must have billing
- experience on multiple payers or a SME on one payer.
- Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must pass typing test of 35 words per minute (error adjusted).
- Must be able to provide a mock training session for the interviewer (s).
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
- Each associate will earn a professional certification relevant to their field and can obtain tuition reimbursement.

- Pulls EOB's and Medical Records as needed attaching to claims and mailing Contact patients, insurance, any third party for insurance information or any additional billing data.
