Requirements
- Understanding visual hierarchy and how to design impactful marketing assets while remaining elevated and sophisticated
- experience in graphic design, you have an instinctive eye for what works (and what doesn’t).
- You have a strong command of typography, layout, form, and color and an eye for photography and illustration. You also have:
- A strong understanding of web standards, and image optimization techniques; knowledge of web and email technology’s restrictions and opportunities •
- Figma is the main tool that we use for creating and designing for our projects. You would need to be an expert user in Figma and know how to design, refine, edit, prototype and present in Figma.
- Must be able to use Creative Cloud (indd, ai, psd) as a support design tool; AfterEffects or other animation
- The ability to communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment and to problem-solve both technical and creative challenges.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a similar industry is preferred Knowledge and
- experience with CMS systems are a plus, but not required

- US Pay Range $90,000 — $100,000 USD
