Responsibilities
- Utilize this information to develop strategic plans for territory growth.
- Additionally, deliver quarterly reports on sales performance, territory business plans, and market trends, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and optimize asset allocation to meet sales objectives.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Continuously assess the territory and market to identify new business opportunities with existing customers and potential new clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, fostering growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other parts of Smith & Nephew to leverage cross-business opportunities within the territory and enhance overall company performance.
Requirements
- Territory Management: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the territory, including customer profiles, business potential, purchasing processes, competitor activities, and market trends.
- experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with a background in ortho or sports medicine.
- Experience in robotics will be a plus.
