Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Analyze predictive maintenance and condition monitoring reports, translating findings into clear action plans.
- Support plant optimization efforts by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
- Drive planning and execution of reliability-focused maintenance and post-service improvement activities within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, combined with at least 5 years of
- experience in manufacturing maintenance and/or engineering.
- Experience working in Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean, or similar operational excellence environments.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance systems, reliability methodologies, and asset performance improvement practices.
- Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, project execution, capital planning, and the use of computerized maintenance and engineering systems.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus and the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and project management principles, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate reliability improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring failures and enhance asset performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reliability actions that support plant safety, productivity, and operational targets.
- Participate in the response to major equipment failures, leading investigations when appropriate and ensuring timely communication, updates, and follow-up actions.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities, confidence in decision-making, and excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
