Responsibilities

Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews, handling cancellations and reschedules promptly across multiple time zones
Collaborate and communicate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure smooth interview processes
Create a welcoming and high-touch candidate
Support Recruiting Operations on initiatives related to improving coordination workflows, candidate experience and interviewer experience Ideally you have:

1-2 years of relevant experience; scheduling high volume (100+ interview events a week) and tech industry experience are a plus

This is a Contract role, the salary range for this position is $35-40 per hour.

For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of San Francisco, New York, Seattle is: $76,000 — $90,000 USD
