- What You'll Be Doing Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials and equipment Support mechanical and maintenance teams through operation of telehandlers, genie lifts, and rigging activities Perform pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe functioning Interpret load charts, signals, and lift plans to execute precise lifting operations Communicate effectively with ground crews using standard hand signals and radios What Are We Looking For
