Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations by coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive communication across producers, editors, social media, creative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor production workflows and proactively identify operational bottlenecks, recommending scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
- Maintain project management systems, production schedules, and workflow documentation to ensure accurate project tracking and visibility.
- Coordinate production logistics, freelancer resources, travel, equipment, and scheduling as needed.
- Oversee workflow and communication with remote editing partners, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are maintained.
- Prepare reporting on production volume, turnaround times, operational performance, and resource utilization.
- Support market launches, special initiatives, and cross-functional projects across Studios as business priorities require.
- Maintain production documentation, releases, and project records in accordance with company standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, production coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of project management systems and operational workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
- Experience working in media production, marketing, creative services, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms. •
- Experience supporting field production or content creation teams.
Benefits

- Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States is between 60,000-70,000 USD. Your Location
