Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair injection molding machines (190T–2000T), robots, dryers, chillers, and other auxiliary equipment - Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs with minimal supervision - Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and maintain detailed logs - Support installation and commissioning of new equipment - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions - Assist
Requirements

- experience in injection molding maintenance, preferably with large-tonnage machines - Strong understanding of machine hydraulics, electric systems (480V 3-phase), and controls - Ability to read schematics, ladder logic, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems - Skilled in mechanical rebuilds, servo systems, and machine alignment - Comfortable in a startup environment—able to wear multiple hats and take initiative - Bonus:
