Requirements
- Condition Monitoring & Inspections Conduct routine machine inspections during lubrication rounds Check oil levels, grease conditions, leaks, filters, breathers, and seals Identify early signs of wear, overheating, vibration, or contamination Take basic readings (temperature, noise, visual condition) 4.
- Documentation & Reporting Record lubrication work completed (CMMS or excel spreadsheets) Document machine conditions and anomalies Track lubrication intervals and changes Communicate issues clearly with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams 7.
- Typical Equipment Serviced Pumps, motors, gearboxes Conveyors, compactors, impactors, crushers, screens Fans, blowers, compressors Bearings, chains, couplings Hydraulic and circulating oil systems What you’ll need: Valid Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
- occasionally Able to climb stairs and work at various heights Able to distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns or materials Able to hear, with or without correction Able to read, write and understand basic English Able to see, with or without correction Able to use fine hand motor skills Able to wear a respirator Able to work rotating shifts and overtime as required Must be able to work a 12-hour shift Must be Authorized to work in Canada.
