Requirements
- Qualifications: Member, in good standing, of the Florida State Bar (or ability to become admitted within one year of hire) J.D. degree from an accredited law school An LLM in tax law or estate planning is helpful, but not required The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible
- experience in trust and estate practice Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach
- Experience working with/overseeing paralegals is preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bond’s Trust and Estate attorneys are skilled at working with clients to identify their unique needs and create plans that meet those needs.
