Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager

Responsibilities

Monitor AR reports to ensure accuracy of the accounts receivable and proactive collection efforts.
Oversee AP inquiries and streamline communication with vendors and internal teams.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior AR staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Maintain financial procedures and controls throughout the department with multiple direct reports.
Oversee the accounting process for accounts receivable, client collections and associated reserves.
Supervise accounts payable reporting processes to ensure accurate disbursements.
Manage monthly close activities, including journal entry and account reconciliation review, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable and Payable accounts.
Perform other related duties of which the above are representative. REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of Finance experience (3+ years of AR
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Current CPA license. Previous
experience with Oracle and Tableau. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
