- Experience writing help articles, release notes, or equivalent documentation Familiarity with Jira or similar product management tooling Genuine curiosity about using AI tools to support analysis, synthesis, and product discovery

- This role sits at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and delivery, translating the strategy for our B2B and internal software applications into actionable work that our cross-functional engineering teams can execute with pace and quality.
- Working closely with engineers and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure our backlog is clear, prioritised, and aligned to strategic goals - while leading discovery and validation activities that keep our product decisions grounded in genuine customer need.
