Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field with at least 3 years of
- experience in benefits, wellbeing, total rewards, and/ or related HR program support.
- Working knowledge of employee benefit plans, wellbeing programs, employee engagement resources, or vendor-supported HR programs.
- Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present information to support management decision-making and project execution.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, tracking, documentation, and presentations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal partners, employees, consultants, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, support implementation activities, and appropriately escalate complex issues.
- Professional certification such as CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, or related coursework is preferred but not required.
