Senior Change Management Manager

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5–10 years leading change for large-scale, global transformations.
  • Experience creating digital communications (SharePoint, HTML, multimedia). Strong ability to develop executive-level messaging and engagement materials.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, preferred.
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

  • Pay Range: USD $143,000-$153,000 / annually
