Responsibilities
- Coach leaders to drive visible sponsorship and engagement.
- Deliver stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to inform planning.
- Develop and execute targeted communication and training plans.
- Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and manage SharePoint-based communication hubs and content.
- responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end change management strategies for global initiatives.
Requirements
- What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5–10 years leading change for large-scale, global transformations.
- Experience creating digital communications (SharePoint, HTML, multimedia). Strong ability to develop executive-level messaging and engagement materials.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, preferred.
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

- Pay Range: USD $143,000-$153,000 / annually
