Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and develop master data management workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes.
- Establish and guide function-based data stewards to strengthen governance and consistent data practices.
- Define, monitor, and improve the quality and completeness of master and transactional data, reporting on adherence and exceptions.
- Lead and mentor high‑performing data management teams to ensure strong delivery and capability growth.
Requirements
- What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business or Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated career progression in Data Management, Data Governance, or similar domains. Direct
- experience with SAP ECC and MDG; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration practices is preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading customer and vendor master data cleanup initiatives resulting in highly governed, accurate datasets.
