Responsibilities

Utilize aerial platforms such as scissor lifts in order to repair equipment such as lighting and banners

May need to assist other departments in order to meet milestones or deadlines
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experienced and proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong knowledge of and adherence to shop safety practices
Works on complex assignments requiring independent action and high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures
Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment (Constant)
Ability to lift and move objects of varying sizes and shapes up to 50 lbs. (Occasionally)
Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequently)
Required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear (Frequently)

The California annual base salary for this role is currently $47 - $61 an Hour. Pay Grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity.

Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.
Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Position Responsibilities
Receives and completes daily facilities work orders which include, but are not limited to: minor electrical/lighting, plumbing, drywall, painting and ceiling tile repairs
Provides support on construction, repair, and maintenance activities such as landscaping, framing, furniture assembly, fabrication, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical
Supports all department moves, additions, or changes, including inter-office transportation
