Requirements
- In this role, you will lead a talented group of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) focused on the prioritization, planning, and delivery of our Salesforce platform and expanding financial systems.

- WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with a deep focus on the Salesforce ecosystem. - 7+ years of
- experience in Business Systems or Product Management, - 3+ years of direct people management experience, specifically leading PMs or BSAs. - Proven expertise in Product Operations, including
- experience managing roadmapping tools, capacity planning spreadsheets, and ROI-based prioritization frameworks. -
- Experience in budget management and vendor relations, specifically in a SaaS/Systems environment. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.

Additional details
- Beyond people leadership, you will own the Product Operations function, designing the frameworks for roadmap planning, capacity management, and budget allocation.
- You will serve as the bridge between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring our internal systems—and the processes that build them—allow our global employees to do their jobs with maximum efficiency.
